4. Quotations, Orders, and Payments

All quotations for projects are provided based on the initial consultation and are valid for a specified period. For furniture purchases, prices are listed in Qatari Riyal (QAR) and are subject to change. Payment terms for projects and purchases will be detailed in the specific contract or invoice provided.


5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gallery Five Home shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, our website or services. Our liability for any service provided is limited to the amount paid for that service.


6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our head office is located in West Bay, Doha, Qatar.
